AS8 Game Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the AS8 Game platform, creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all users of the platform — whether you are accessing AS8 Game through a web browser or via the dedicated mobile app.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of AS8 Game after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and play on AS8 Game, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be an individual, not a company or automated system.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information, including your real name, contact number and a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC).
• You must not already hold an active or suspended AS8 Game account.
• You are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on AS8 Game. Duplicate accounts — even if registered with different phone numbers or payment methods — are not permitted. If a duplicate account is identified, AS8 Game reserves the right to close both accounts and void any associated balances or pending withdrawals.

AS8 Game may request identity verification documents at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal. CNIC verification is the standard document requirement. Failure to provide accurate documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3Deposits and Payments

AS8 Game processes all deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion on this platform — your balance is always in PKR and transactions are settled in PKR at all times.

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits, reflected immediately in most cases.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits for Telenor users, processed promptly.
• Raast — SBP interbank instant transfer, direct bank-to-bank.
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfer to AS8 Game's designated account.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits made via third-party accounts — meaning any account not registered in your own name — are not accepted and will be returned where possible. Any deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be held pending investigation.

AS8 Game does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control and your responsibility to check before initiating a transfer.

4Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your AS8 Game account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered under your name. AS8 Game does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods registered in another person's name, or accounts that have not been verified.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, CNIC verification must be completed. This is a one-time process and is designed to protect your account from unauthorised withdrawal requests.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: Typically within 1 hour of approval during normal operating hours.
• Raast: Same-day processing in most cases, subject to interbank system availability.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Processing times may be longer during high-traffic periods, such as major PSL match days or public holidays. Withdrawals submitted outside of standard operating hours will be queued for processing on the next available business cycle.

AS8 Game reserves the right to carry out additional identity or source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard risk management measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

5Bonuses and Promotions

AS8 Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to these general bonus conditions.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on AS8 Game:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to the minimum odds, game restrictions and time limits specified for each individual offer.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only — one per player, per household and per device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once will result in the bonus being voided.
• Wagering on sports betting markets with odds below the minimum stated in the promotion will not count towards the wagering requirement.

AS8 Game monitors accounts for patterns that indicate bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedging bets across accounts or using automated betting strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be suspended.

6VIP Programme

The AS8 Game VIP Programme offers four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond — with benefits that increase at each level. Tier progression is automatic and based on cumulative wagering activity across all game categories on the platform.

VIP benefits include weekly PKR cashback, priority withdrawal processing, higher withdrawal limits and exclusive member offers. The specific cashback percentages and limits applicable to each tier are displayed on the VIP page and may be updated from time to time.

The following conditions apply to VIP membership:

• VIP tiers are calculated on genuine real-money wagering. Bonus-funded wagers may contribute at a reduced rate as stated in the VIP programme details.
• AS8 Game reserves the right to review and adjust a player's VIP tier if the wagering activity that contributed to that tier is later found to be irregular, fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.
• VIP cashback is credited in PKR on a weekly basis and is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal, as stated in the VIP programme terms.
• AS8 Game may modify, suspend or discontinue the VIP programme at any time, with reasonable prior notice given to active VIP members where possible.

7Gameplay and Fairness

All games available on AS8 Game — including slots, fish games, live casino tables and sports betting markets — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer systems provided by reputable third-party game suppliers. The outcome of every game is determined independently and cannot be influenced by AS8 Game or by any player.

Sports betting odds are set by the platform's odds management system and reflect current market conditions at the time a bet is placed. Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at that moment are locked in for that wager.

In the event of a technical fault, system error or disconnection during a game or betting session, the following applies:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• If a sports bet is placed and subsequently a match is abandoned, postponed or declared void, the wager will be refunded in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market.
• AS8 Game's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to review by the support team on a case-by-case basis.

Cricket and PSL betting markets follow standard cricket betting rules. In-play markets are subject to suspension during key moments in a match at the discretion of the platform's trading system.

8Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AS8 Game login credentials, including your username, password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

AS8 Game will never contact you by phone, SMS or any other channel to ask for your password or OTP. If you receive any communication purporting to be from AS8 Game and requesting your login credentials, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond.

Any activity carried out on your account using your correct login credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact AS8 Game support immediately so that your account can be secured.

• Use a strong, unique password for your AS8 Game account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Do not log in to your account on shared or public devices.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on mobile devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to support as soon as you notice it.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AS8 Game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for any reason, including to circumvent a suspension or claim multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any way.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion or insider betting in relation to sports markets on the platform.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits, wagers and withdrawals on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error will be void.
• Using payment methods registered in another person's name for deposits or withdrawals.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or AS8 Game staff through any communication channel.

10Privacy and Data

AS8 Game collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use and storage of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and verification — including your name, CNIC details, mobile number and payment information — is used solely for account management, identity verification, payment processing and fraud prevention purposes. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Transaction records, wagering history and account activity logs are retained for a minimum period as required for operational and security purposes. You may request a summary of your account data by contacting AS8 Game support.

11Responsible Gaming

AS8 Game is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for adults. Gaming on this platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a way to generate income or recover financial losses.

We strongly encourage all players to:

• Set a personal PKR budget before each session and stick to it regardless of outcomes.

12Account Suspension and Closure

AS8 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion if it determines that a player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of serious breach — including fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9 — account closure will be immediate and any balance may be forfeited.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered contact details. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the account will be reinstated and any valid balance restored.

You may close your AS8 Game account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account after meeting applicable wagering requirements will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will not be paid out on account closure.

13Limitation of Liability

AS8 Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may affect availability from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted, AS8 Game is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings or data resulting from technical faults, server errors or internet connectivity issues on your end.
• Any financial loss resulting from your own gaming decisions, including losses incurred during sports betting on cricket, PSL, football or any other market.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits AS8 Game's liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14Changes to These Terms

AS8 Game may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players with active accounts will be notified via a notice on the platform or through their registered contact details. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the AS8 Game platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
